Bit the bullet... ordered a Levenger Circa Jr.

Well, after much contemplation, I went ahead and ordered a Levenger Circa in the Jr. size. I went with the red color and had it customized with my intials.

I also ordered the tab dividers, grid paper refill, and combo puncher of the desktop and travel punch. Pretty pricey, but I think I will get a lot of use out of this notebook.

Per my question on emory's review thread, I found this link to someone who has had a letter size of the Levenger Circa for a while and describes how he uses it.

How I use my Levenger Circa.

I'll post up some pix to my flickr account when I get to opening it and how I pimp it out...heh...

Buy the punch. IMO,...

Buy the punch. IMO, it is one of the best features of the system. If you're concerned with the cost of additional notebooks, you could always get the plastic Rollabind-brand covers. I've had no problems whatsoever with the Levenger rings and standard 24-lb copier paper - a lot of my reference materials are printouts. This might be a good substitute while test-driving a new size.

Cranking

This is an essay about family, priorities, and Shakey’s Pizza, and it’s probably the best thing he’s written. »
