3x5 Tickler file (a la S.H.E)

I started a 3x5 tickler file according to the Sidetracked Home Executive system and I've come up with an annoyance and wanted to know how you solve this problem. I have a "store" that I go to on an irregular basis. But while I'm there, I need to be reminded to pick up some groceries I can't find elsewhere when I run out. I'm thinking of creating a separate "folder" called "this store" and just drop a card in there for each item as I remember them, or alternatively, just stick a card in there and update the one card. Does this sound right, or should I try something else? 7 Comments

I've got separate 3 x 5's for Target, Sam's/Costco, and Home Depot/Lowe's. Sometimes I even separate Kroger and Publix. I agree with Steve -- whatever works for you and that you'll have with you when you get there. I think Pooks keeps her "Errands" cards in her Moleskine's pocket, so she'll have them when she's on the go. » POSTED IN:
