3x5 Tickler file (a la S.H.E)
CathyHughes | Jan 10 2007
I started a 3x5 tickler file according to the Sidetracked Home Executive system and I've come up with an annoyance and wanted to know how you solve this problem. I have a "store" that I go to on an irregular basis. But while I'm there, I need to be reminded to pick up some groceries I can't find elsewhere when I run out. I'm thinking of creating a separate "folder" called "this store" and just drop a card in there for each item as I remember them, or alternatively, just stick a card in there and update the one card. Does this sound right, or should I try something else? 7 Comments

What I do for such...Submitted by SteveC on January 10, 2007 - 6:55am.
What I do for such places is to keep a list (in my case on my Palm -- which is not where I keep my NAs) for each such place. I have 'camping shop' 'garden centre' and 'town' lists for example. I find that sort of list has to be in something that you WILL have with you when you get to the shop. Having to remember specially doesn't work for me. Steve » POSTED IN:
