Pocket Pen?

I'm looking for a pen that I can keep in my pocket and will write every time I bring it out. Something well-sized and it can't explode. Is the Fisher space pen truly the best thing available?

I wish the speeno waitlisters well. It's a nice little pen--a good writer and just CUTE.

It's soooo tiny (even when you extend it) that it's definitely only for short notes, though. And the cap unscrews, which makes it a bit cumbersome to pull out on the fly. Don't get me wrong, it is nice, but it is not a cure for cancer/war/all human suffering. (Which is of course what I had convinced myself it would be.) Ah, the acquisition jones.
