Pocket Pen?

I'm looking for a pen that I can keep in my pocket and will write every time I bring it out. Something well-sized and it can't explode. Is the Fisher space pen truly the best thing available? 22 Comments

Most are smoother than the average ballpoint, possibly due to the pressurized cartridges, but none as smooth as my favorite Retro 51 rollerballs. However, in addition to their toughness, as an IT geek I appreciate their ability to consistently write while holding a notepad up to the side of a rack, etc. I carry a bullet in my mission wallet, one of the nicer ones attached to my ID holder, and a R51 rollerball in my shirt pocket for general writing. The fountain pens stay on my desk. » POSTED IN:
