Outlook Contacts for Sales People

Anybody out there have a good way to organize outlook contacts (outlook 2003) to create reminders for calling sales contacts on a regular basis.

I cannot add in any files that modify Outlook due to my employer restrictions.

The FLAGs don't seem to be sufficient.

Specifically, I am looking for a way to plug a contact into a system of regular contacts (ie: every 2 weeks from last contact for instance)

Thanks for the help and ideas!

Just to expand on TheAvatar's answer:

What I do, is enter a Calander Appointment (Ctrl-Shift-A); for the next followup. (essentially a "Tickler File" item).
In the bottom left corner, I enter the contact person.
If needed, I can make it a recurring appointment as you mentioned.

I get a reminder before the appointment from outlook.
Also, should I be reviewing my contacts, I can Click the Activities Tab and see all of the activities planned for a given contact (including upcoming calandar items).
By the way, in the Activities tab you can also see other contacts you've associated with this one, prior emails for this contact, Tasks you created for this contact, etc.
