Boilerplate Checklists

Does anyone use any sort of "boilerplate" checklists for completing a project? For example, I'm developing a website, and I want to write up a checklist of everything I need to do for it. I'm doing pretty much all of it except for writing content, but there are a lot of things that have to be done before other things can be done. In other words, do any of you use standard checklists for completing similar projects? 9 Comments

We have a requirement that a standard format closeout report is completed that summarises what was achieved and the following checkpoints must be answered.
When all this is done the project team should celebrate the end of the project! This may sound like a lot of work but the aim is to ensure that everybody involved knows that the project is finished. » POSTED IN:
