Boilerplate Checklists
Brad Blackman | Jun 9 2006
Does anyone use any sort of "boilerplate" checklists for completing a project? For example, I'm developing a website, and I want to write up a checklist of everything I need to do for it. I'm doing pretty much all of it except for writing content, but there are a lot of things that have to be done before other things can be done. In other words, do any of you use standard checklists for completing similar projects? 9 Comments

Sounds about right. Chrome47. I think the marketing and the pr part comes just from adding my site into signatures of forums I visit and try to do some SEO. Getting link exchanges and stuff. I think what you've stated is a great checklist. I almost never use generic checklist. I do though get a blank 8 1/2 x 11 and before starting a new project or web sites I write down what I want to accomplish, do the site map...etc. » POSTED IN:
