Minuting Meetings

Can anyone provide me with a good online guide on how to minute meetings. I find it difficult to concentrate on a meeting and also write minutes. Any advice or links would be appreciated. thanks DB. 3 Comments

You can always purchase a tape recorder. A friend does this in some of her lectures that she has hard time focusing in, so she can write the notes later and try to pay attention while the professor speaks. The faults with this are that you don't have any of the visuals recorded, and the meeting now takes double the time to digest. The visuals that are note worthy you can go ahead and write at the meeting, but I really don't know how to shorten time on the note taking with the recording. Best of luck. » POSTED IN:
