GTDify Bookmarks?

Anyone have some tips or rules of practice to GTDify your bookmarks? I use Safari, but I'm wondering if there are some general rules to use. My bookmarks are in horrendous condition right now. 3 Comments

I use Firefox and Google Browser Sync to sync my bookmarks across all my computers, and I just use three main folders: General Reference, Project Support Material, and Someday/Maybe. I don't take much time organizing these except by alpha, but I realized I had like fifty or so links to software, so I created a Software subfolder within General Reference.
