GTDify Bookmarks?

Anyone have some tips or rules of practice to GTDify your bookmarks?

I use Safari, but I'm wondering if there are some general rules to use.

My bookmarks are in horrendous condition right now.

untagging

the component i feel is missing from being able to GTD my bookmarks is rapid UNtagging. For ex., i can tag something as "@ACTION" (put it in an @ACTION folder, or on del.icio.us ) but then, when i've done it, it's a cumbersome process to declare it "done."

thoughts?
