change log for computer?

hey all, I was wondering if anyone kept a text file or some other such file documenting how they changed their computer on any given day. I've been thinking of doing this for awhile, but I've always come to think that it was just too much extra work to think about. Any ideas or suggestions? sps 7 Comments

I have to keep everything in one file or I would lose track of some "Computer Changes.txt" file somewhere in My Documents folder or who knows where I may have filed it.
