change log for computer?

hey all, I was wondering if anyone kept a text file or some other such file documenting how they changed their computer on any given day. I've been thinking of doing this for awhile, but I've always come to think that it was just too much extra work to think about. Any ideas or suggestions? sps 7 Comments

Piece of cake. :) Anything I'm actively working on lives in SVN so I can sync, rebuild, swap machines, or whatever.
