Exercise Life Hack?

Hey all! I'm looking for an effective workout life-hack that's 30-40 minutes 3-4 times a week that includes weightlifting and aerobics. I don't need to be "ripped" -- just want some basic fitness. I'm looking for the most bang for the time spent. (Exercises that use multiple muscle groups, etc.) Something between the unrealistic get fit for 5 minutes a day group and people who can spend two hours a day at the gym. I'm looking for some sedentary computer type who researched this and solved this problem. Anybody out there done this? Want to share your workout? Thanks! 31 Comments

Perhaps you should consider not getting dressed for school until after your workout. Wear your gym clothes when you leave the house, shower after your workout and then dress for school. I am going to be doing this in the next few days and I will let you know how it goes on my blog. » POSTED IN:
