Exercise Life Hack?

Hey all! I'm looking for an effective workout life-hack that's 30-40 minutes 3-4 times a week that includes weightlifting and aerobics. I don't need to be "ripped" -- just want some basic fitness. I'm looking for the most bang for the time spent. (Exercises that use multiple muscle groups, etc.) Something between the unrealistic get fit for 5 minutes a day group and people who can spend two hours a day at the gym. I'm looking for some sedentary computer type who researched this and solved this problem. Anybody out there done this? Want to share your workout? Thanks! 31 Comments

This workout is in the newest Men's Fitness. I like it for days when I cannot go to the gym. The 2 weight exercises in each workout could easily be replaced by similar motions with dumbells. http://www.mensfitness.com/fitness/workout/77 Any FYI... I thought this was pretty good. » POSTED IN:
