Exercise Life Hack?

Hey all! I'm looking for an effective workout life-hack that's 30-40 minutes 3-4 times a week that includes weightlifting and aerobics. I don't need to be "ripped" -- just want some basic fitness. I'm looking for the most bang for the time spent. (Exercises that use multiple muscle groups, etc.) Something between the unrealistic get fit for 5 minutes a day group and people who can spend two hours a day at the gym. I'm looking for some sedentary computer type who researched this and solved this problem. Anybody out there done this? Want to share your workout? Thanks! 31 Comments

Speaking from my experience i started by havign 10 min a day extra that i wanted to use to get in shape. I asked my Doctor about it and he told me the best bang for my buck was to run/jog/walk. He suggested to find an out door area that had some hills. he told me to do a little streching before i started. then to walk for 1/4 of the time, jog for 1/4, run for 1/4 then cool down by walking the last 1/4. What has happened since i have stared wakeing up even eairler makeing the 10m 30. i feel like a new man and have only been doing it for a month or so. i have also lost 6 lbs and not changed one thing about my really bad diet!!!!!! hop to see ya on the road!!!!!!! » POSTED IN:
