I am still a bit confused to differentiate these: a) Rodrigues needs to call Zeni at Frango Natto to follow up on the proposal. Rodrigues is already aware of this, I informed him of this, so this is under @Waiting for b) Rodrigues needs to write a Thank You letter to Jotude. Rodrigues IS NOT aware of this, so this is under @Agendas c) I need to speak with Rodrigues regarding monies we are to receive for a sponsorship. Rodrigues informed me on Friday that he was going to see them, but I have not spoken to him since. WHAT IS THIS CLASSIFIED AS? 7 Comments

Technically, the things on your waiting for list are not next actions, since they aren't "things that you can do now." Rather, they are items that other people are supposed to do and you need to track. Reviewing the list might prompt new next actions for you - but the list itself does not contain next actions. I think this is correct. Someone please let me know if I'm misreading the book. Hope this helps! » POSTED IN:
