Waiting for? Next Action? Agenda?

I am still a bit confused to differentiate these:

a) Rodrigues needs to call Zeni at Frango Natto to follow up on the proposal. Rodrigues is already aware of this, I informed him of this, so this is under @Waiting for

b) Rodrigues needs to write a Thank You letter to Jotude. Rodrigues IS NOT aware of this, so this is under @Agendas

c) I need to speak with Rodrigues regarding monies we are to receive for a sponsorship. Rodrigues informed me on Friday that he was going to see them, but I have not spoken to him since. WHAT IS THIS CLASSIFIED AS?

Thanks mdl I think it...

Thanks mdl I think it is a bit clearer!!

Supposing I was in the mob, and Tony Soprano gives me the order to have Paulie whack Frankie.

I would note under @Agenda (because I am meeting Paulie in 30 mins) "Tell Paulie to take care of Frankie". After I tell Paulie, I check off this action and create a new action, "F/U with Paulie about taking care of Frankie". This action goes under "@Waiting On". And then when I see Paulie again I check in on the status of the job, correct? And this F/U with Paulie about taking care of Frankie is completed when Frankie sleeps with the fishes. Now, my last question is, is this really a "project" since it involves more than one steps?

Cranking

Merlin used to crank. He’s not cranking any more.

This is an essay about family, priorities, and Shakey’s Pizza, and it’s probably the best thing he’s written. »

Scared Shitless

Merlin’s scared. You’re scared. Everybody is scared.

This is the video of Merlin’s keynote at Webstock 2011. The one where he cried. You should watch it. »
