I am still a bit confused to differentiate these: a) Rodrigues needs to call Zeni at Frango Natto to follow up on the proposal. Rodrigues is already aware of this, I informed him of this, so this is under @Waiting for b) Rodrigues needs to write a Thank You letter to Jotude. Rodrigues IS NOT aware of this, so this is under @Agendas c) I need to speak with Rodrigues regarding monies we are to receive for a sponsorship. Rodrigues informed me on Friday that he was going to see them, but I have not spoken to him since. WHAT IS THIS CLASSIFIED AS? 7 Comments

If Rodrigues is going to report back to you, 'waiting for' or both! Depending on your system, there's nothing wrong (in my opinion) with having something on more than one list. In this case, I'd be tempted to put it on both lists because I'd only look at the agenda at a review or when actually going to see someone, whereas I check the waiting for one rather more often (in case I need to prompt someone) Hope that helps Steve » POSTED IN:
