GTD a lot is written about about using folders; I'm German-speaking, and "folder" can mean so many things - a big, sturdy file folder in which you file hole-punched papers (pic). For a project or reference system, the second option sounded best to me - what do you use?

Interesting pictures - thanks! I generally recommend something like this: A-Z Top Tab Recycled File Guides, 18 pt. Manila, 1/5 Tab, Letter Size, 25/Set
for making the files group more nicely.
