GTD writes a lot about using folders; I'm German-speaking, and "folder" can mean so many things - a big, sturdy file folder in which you file hole-punched papers; lighter, single folders in which you can store paper without hole-punches ; or just transparent plastic folders for a couple of sheets. For a project or reference system, the second option sounded best to me - what do you think/use? 4 Comments

I use binders for my next actions lists, project lists etc because its easier to flick through them. I would not really suggest ring binders if you will be moving a lot of papers around though; opening and shutting the rings all the time is a right pain. » POSTED IN:
