GTD writes a lot about using folders; I'm German-speaking, and "folder" can mean so many things - a big, sturdy file folder in which you file hole-punched papers; lighter, single folders in which you can store paper without hole-punches ; or just transparent plastic folders for a couple of sheets. For a project or reference system, the second option sounded best to me - what do you think/use? 4 Comments

For a project or reference system, the second option sounded best to me - what do you think/use? Agreed, manila folders. My office was already stocked with the Pendaflex-style hanging folders, so I put one manila folder in each hanging folder, and got rid of the plastic Pendaflex labels entirely. Each manila folder is labeled with a Brother P-Touch 1280 labeler. » POSTED IN:
