Hi all , My husband would like to use GTD as well ,so we've started wonedering whats the best way of partially uniting our implementation -since at least part of the projects are joint ,but part of them aren't? (Let's say we have a joint project of installing AC in the bedroom ,but some of the tasks are mine ,some his -and some are for whomever have the time) How /which app will be most useful to manage things in partially joint-partially separated way ? As you tried tracks... it's a fairly good system but a little too complex IMHO. Next week we'll be introducing "project sharing" in the GTD web application I'm developing so you might give it a try then. You'll be able to share projects with people you know and both will be able to add/modify actions, notes, etc... Sorry for self-promotion, but all I wanted is just to help. I'm using the sharing feature in my company internally already and it works great for us. » POSTED IN:
