GTDing in couple

Hi all , My husband would like to use GTD as well ,so we've started wonedering whats the best way of partially uniting our implementation -since at least part of the projects are joint ,but part of them aren't? (Let's say we have a joint project of installing AC in the bedroom ,but some of the tasks are mine ,some his -and some are for whomever have the time) How /which app will be most useful to manage things in partially joint-partially separated way ? Thanks :) 7 Comments

If you figure out how you'd *like* for this to work in Tracks, let me know. We're interested in expanding the multi-user capabilities, but am not sure how best due that while keeping it simple and GTD-ish. I've been thinking of something like shared/private projects/contexts etc ,where when defining each project -or maybe when registering (I'm using hosted Tracks) ,one can set up with whom he'd like to be able to share. So the main idea is -when creating a project one can decide it's shared or private ,and if it's shared then both users can view/change/complete actions . This of course means that a username should be added to every action so that it can be easily seen that someone else edited a project ,etc. I've been using Tracks for couple of days now and am enjoying it very much :), (Tried Next Action and GTD Tidly wiki before that ) thanks for a great app . » POSTED IN:
