ISO Merlin's GTD implementation

Hi, all. I just discovered GTD and 43folders a week or two ago, and just finished reading Allen's "GTD".

While reading 43folders pages I've come across references to Merlin's implementation of GTD (e.g. in Getting started with "Getting Things Done"), but I have not been able to find a full description of this implementation. Is it available?

While it may not be his entire implementation... this does go into some detail on his lists anyway.
