One of the things i would like to improve is the ability to capture anything anywhere all the time. I know many of you carry pen and paper but I always end up losing them and it takes time to take the pen of of the pocket, the paper and write it down. So I was thinking about what alternatives there are and thought about voice recording. I can now record using my pda but it is still too big and not so fast so the perfect thing would be a wrist watch. Checking for voice recording watches I found this site with lot of spy-style gadgets. I love the voice recording sun glasses. 7 Comments

I have been using an Olympus VN-2100 digital voice recorder since mid-December. It has become by primary collection tool, when I'm away from the desk. Using it has been much more convenient than the notebook that I was relying on. I can collect in the car, while walking, wherever. I would highly recommend such a device for any GTDer. I've added "process voice recorder" to my daily checklist, and I process it to empty every morning. My wife bought it for me from amazon for less that $25, although the price isn't quite that low right now. There were more advanced models, but I thought that I would start cheap and see how it integrated into my system. » POSTED IN:
