I use Outlook tasks for next actions and sync to my PDA with KeySuite. The Outlook categories are my contexts, and I've added a user-defined field for Projects. So I can either group my next actions by context or by project. I've also created a custom form for entering tasks that has a dropdown for projects, so I don't have to type in the full project name every time. KeySuite is nice because I can sync contacts, tasks, and notes. I have a separate notes folder just for agendas, with one for each person I work with. » POSTED IN:
