How do you organize/store your "next actions," and how do you actually use that list/info on a daily basis? 19 Comments

I use Microsoft Outlook to organize all of my tasks and then sync it with my Palm. I set each list up as a category to include @Phone Calls, @Computer, @Errands, @Home, @Reading, @Work, Pending (waiting on another task to be completed first), Someday (Able to work on, however not a current priority), and Waiting on Others. With each task assigned a category, I can easily change which list it's on by changing the category. I'm still pretty new to GTD, and I haven't figured out a way to take my Projects with me in a digital form, so I'd appreciate any advice. » POSTED IN:
