I tried out FlexibibleFine's brilliant Word list for NAs, and it works like a dream. I had enough room below the two columns for a "hard landscape" section, with the day's appointments and room for a few drop dead deadline items. I'm scribbling additions on the paper as they come up during the day, and refreshing the document last thing before I go home.
