So do you keep NAs...

So do you keep NAs in separate lists for separate projects and then pull out the ones you need for that day, or do you have them categorized by @phone, @home, etc?

I'm having trouble wrapping my mind around this part of the process!

Are NAs a variation on a to-do list, that you figure out every morning?
