Help me stick to it

I flout my GTD, all the time.

I'm currently having real difficulties following my GTD routine and because of this i'm letting things slip. I've recently been getting home from work and not doing anything at all, flouting my next actions and deciding what to do there and then (which usually involves playing games or watching TV).

Today i'm sat in work and i don't even have a copy of my NA's or my moleskine to hand, i've left them abandoned at home in my bag.

I love GTD but i'm having great difficulty applying myself to it. Has anyone got any suggestions which may help me stick to my routine?

Thanks alot guys for your...

Thanks alot guys for your input, its really spurred me on to get this into a habit.

The suggestions on concentrating on weekly reviews was a good one, I've setup a weekly email reminder that sends me a SMS and email to my work and home address. After completing my review and printing out my portable NA list i feel...well, good, damm good.

At the moment i use Tracks and printed lists, and i have a diary for the "hard landscape", it works for me as its always portable and at night i can update my Tracks and print out a new NA list for the next day. I dont think the method is causing me issues (as suggested by someone above), a little bit strange for me mixing hi-fi/lo-fi (as i'm usually one or the other).

In answer to further questions above, yes i do get my actions done and its proving a benifit to my lifestyle. The issue is more the fact i loose sight of my targets and they just slip, looking at my NAs the next day gets increasingly painful with thoughts of "i could of done that yesterday, doh"

I'll report back in a few weeks on how it's going :)
