Untimed Hard Landscape
CathyHughes | May 18 2006
Where do you put your untimed hard landscape items? I have things to do during the day -- drop off/pick up dry cleaning, buy groceries, laundry -- that doesn't necessarily get done at a specific time during the day but needs to get done on specific days. I have other appointments that do change from time to time that do affect what time of day to do the above. So what's the best way to handle these? Put them on the calendar or in my todo list? 5 Comments

I use *two* calendersSubmitted by Linda on May 19, 2006 - 6:00am.
I deal with this by using two calenders: A monthly calender, which follows the strict GTD hard-landscape rules, The weekly calender: Things that HAVE to be done will be hilighted. Other things will be there, but subject to GTD-style ad-hoc changing. They serve as a reminder to what I thought the most important items of the week were when I was in "planning" mode-- which I take into consideration when pondering my Action lists. » POSTED IN:
