Untimed Hard Landscape

Where do you put your untimed hard landscape items? I have things to do during the day -- drop off/pick up dry cleaning, buy groceries, laundry -- that doesn't necessarily get done at a specific time during the day but needs to get done on specific days. I have other appointments that do change from time to time that do affect what time of day to do the above. So what's the best way to handle these? Put them on the calendar or in my todo list? 5 Comments

My untimed hard landscape items live in iCal as all-day events. If it's something pressingly important, I set an alarm to email me the day of. Then, I put it on the context card to make sure it gets done. » POSTED IN:
