Filing System Woes

Been doing the GTD thing for some time now... But one thing that bugs me is filing (paper). I have the labeler (love it). But the manilla folders in the pendaflex hanging folders just does not look good. Some folders sink in to far and it makes flipping through my files difficult. Most files I can only see half of the nice, pretty label. It seems like in 2006, there would be a fast, easy, clean way of dealing with paper. I'm going to post pictures next time... I'd love to see others filings to see better ways of making it easy and "clean". 4 Comments

Yup that is what I do. Its not an ideal solution, and I have noticed that the suspension folders tend to 'grab' the file folders in side, so they both come out when you hold the file folder. But it does make it ridiculously easy to find what you are looking for quickly... » POSTED IN:
