Hard Landscape

Do you put your "hard landscape" on your calendar? Particularly, I'm talking about the work schedules, class schedules, etc. that don't change for months at a time. My school schedule obviously changes every term, but after a week or two, I have it down and don't really need to look at my calendar for it. Of course, I track appointments and meetings and the like in my calendar, but sometimes, my repeating schedule just gets in the way and overwhelms me when I'm looking at iCal, so I end up turning it off. Any thoughts?

PS - I'm wondering if I shouldn't have made this a poll.

I use iCal for the...

I use iCal for the "hard landscape" stuff...and I also put my 2 college age kid's schedules in. We all have academic schedules, but with different holidays, so it is handy to see when each of us is off. Some of the vacations overlap and some of them don't. I also put in stuff like finals schedules so I know when to send that extra box of cookies. :D
My work calendar stays at work on Outlook, with only the holidays on my home system.

I am trying to go web-based, since I am dealing with dual-platform issues, but the network policy at my work is [="RoyalBlue"]extremely[/] restrictive and I haven't found one that will make it through the content filter.
