Hard Landscape

Do you put your "hard landscape" on your calendar? Particularly, I'm talking about the work schedules, class schedules, etc. that don't change for months at a time. My school schedule obviously changes every term, but after a week or two, I have it down and don't really need to look at my calendar for it. Of course, I track appointments and meetings and the like in my calendar, but sometimes, my repeating schedule just gets in the way and overwhelms me when I'm looking at iCal, so I end up turning it off. Any thoughts?

PS - I'm wondering if I shouldn't have made this a poll.

I'm in University of Phoenix's...

I'm in University of Phoenix's Flexnet program, and I tend to track my classes with my Outlook/Pocket Informant calendar. I create an all day appointment spanning the entire week for each week of the 5 week class that I'm in, then I also create appointments for the 2 4 hour on-campus class sessions that I have for each class. It's easier for me that way. When I use Pocket Informant for task entry, I can create tasks from the appointment so they link back to it.

Cranking

This is an essay about family, priorities, and Shakey’s Pizza, and it’s probably the best thing he’s written. »
