GTD Outlook add-in?
onepinktee | Mar 5 2006
A former coworker has been touting the benefits of the Outlook add-on available to download at David Allen's site, but I'm not convinced. Any comments? Does anyone out there love it? Why? Conversely, are there any haters out there? Why? Danke. 14 Comments

There's also the "how to set up Outlook for GTD" instructions that you can buy from the David Allen site. I've semi-implemented this and it's somewhat helpful. Probably not as much as the add-in but it's cheaper ($10, I think) so it's a middle ground. I bought the "How To to Set Up Outlook" and use it everyday in my new job (began 5 months ago) - new practices reinforced by new way of organizing work. Before I'd just had the running to-do list. At home, I use Entourage. The Entourage white paper has been released: http://www.davidco.com/store/catalog/GTD-and-Entourage-p-16209.php As was said elsewhere, I would rather have integration of activities - that's what I find so useful about GTD. » POSTED IN:
