GTD Outlook add-in?

A former coworker has been touting the benefits of the Outlook add-on available to download at David Allen's site, but I'm not convinced. Any comments? Does anyone out there love it? Why? Conversely, are there any haters out there? Why?

Danke.

I have read Linenberger's book but have yet to work up the courage to throw away my folders and move solely to categories. Have you tried it?

I have not yet, but am considering it. I still like my folders. I use the Microsoft download Lookout for my desktop search am very happy with it, so I still put things in folders to keep my Inbox clean, but Lookout can find my entries instantly no matter what folder they are in (and regardless if they are emails or files in "My documents")

I will look into the technique of using contacts for Projects. I assume you then "Pull out" the Next Action Task from the contact entry one at a time?
I'll read the link you posted.

Thanks,
Chuck

Cranking

Merlin used to crank. He’s not cranking any more.

This is an essay about family, priorities, and Shakey’s Pizza, and it’s probably the best thing he’s written. »

Scared Shitless

Merlin’s scared. You’re scared. Everybody is scared.

This is the video of Merlin’s keynote at Webstock 2011. The one where he cried. You should watch it. »
