It comes as no surprise that people do not do regular weekly reviews. The whole process is boring and mechanical, with little payoff in terms of actually getting things done. To be honest, I think people actually have a pretty good idea of all the things they have on their plate, without having to go through the dreary process of examining every next action, project and calendar item each week. I know the last thing I need is are another few action items acdded to my already burgeoning lists.
