GTD Book vs. audio

I've ordered the book and am waiting for it now.

I notice that GTD is also available as audio, but it's an abridged version. I'm thinking of downloading it from audible for my husband, but hoped to get some feedback first.

I think the beauty of the book is that what's revolutionary is the practice, not the components. Reading the book took almost no time at all. The reason it took me so long was the time I spent smacking my forehead and saying "Why aren't I doing that already?"
