Several things that I suggest

  • Change the default vBulletin logo to something else, such as the default 43F logo, or remove it entirely, as it just indicates a stock installation of the forum software. It also looks just like the official forums, and we want a sense of uniqueness, don't we? :p
  • Place a link somewhere in the header to the homepage
  • Remove 'forum' from the censored words for the custom user titles. Pretty please? :D
That's all that I have for now :) Just the basic stuff to get things started :D

Some more things:

  • It appears that clicking on the Quick Reply button for each post does not work - it only works when I click on the Quick Reply button for the first post in a thread. I tested this in both Firefox 1.5 and Safari, on OS X.
  • I see that you have an RSS feed for the forum now, but there are also ways to add RSS feeds on a per-forum basis. There is an option in the vBulletin options, and there are also plugins available, such as this one.
