Several things that I suggest

Change the default vBulletin logo to something else, such as the default 43F logo, or remove it entirely, as it just indicates a stock installation of the forum software. It also looks just like the official forums, and we want a sense of uniqueness, don't we? :p
Place a link somewhere in the header to the homepage
Remove 'forum' from the censored words for the custom user titles. Pretty please? :D

That's all that I have for now :) Just the basic stuff to get things started :D
