I find the whole idea of what "should" be taught in schools distasteful. I believe the most important factor in raising a child is parenting, not schooling. Parents should be involving their children in the day-to-day activities (as much as possible anyway) that are required to live successfully. Children need to be taught how to learn what they need when they need it. I completely agree with Trev when he says, "I guess we learn what we need to learn when we need to learn it." Force-feeding information to children will not make them more successful in life. » POSTED IN:
