Flow: How action and awareness get things done

A few good links and snippets on Flow -- a topic that's come a couple times before here and on the group, but which seems more germane than ever given a lot of what [the royal] we have been talking about lately. More deets on buying the book at the end, although there seem to be plenty of chewy resources on the web if you just want an introduction. From c2:

At the risk of pimping...Submitted by Eugene Wallingford (not verified) on February 15, 2006 - 11:44am.
At the risk of pimping my own blog, I wrote a piece on Csikszentmihalyi and flow last year when he spoke on our campus. The article is called "Creativity, Productivity, Discipline, Flow", and it synthesized a few ideas that were bouncing around my mind at the time. Interestingly, my take on the talk mirrored the take some folks here had on the book: some great ideas, plenty to think about and learn, but not all that well delivered. I still haven't read the book; not being an academic in that area of work, I have been doing well enough reading secondary sources like, well, 43 Folders! http://www.cs.uni.edu/~wallingf/blog/archives/monthly/2005-03.html#e2005-03-04T16_06_50.htm » POSTED IN:
