I concur with the comments above regarding brevity (short is good) and focus (you sounded nicely prepared and it comes through in quality).

A very good model for me to follow as I think about my own future podcasting.

(One note for others & my future self: it's under 3 minutes. Just close your eyes, take your hands off the keyboard and listen. Trying to absorb the contents of a podcast while reading email, etc. makes you bad at both tasks. Besides, it's good to take a break from typing.)
