How are you using GTDTiddlyWiki?

GTDTiddlyWiki - all your tasks are belong to you I’m really intrigued by GTDTiddlyWiki, which is a clever wiki for implementing David Allen’s Getting Things Done system. It’s fun to use and a bit of a technical marvel (tip: shutting off animations under “Options” greatly sped things up for me). Since I’m in one of my periodic “No new tools!” modes, I’m really just playing with it right now, albeit enjoyably. But, from the popularity of the site, I gather that a lot of you are using GTDTiddlyWiki to implement your Getting Things Done system. I’m curious to hear how it’s going for you. Specifically:

Okay, I have printing working...Submitted by Daniel Nadeau (not verified) on May 15, 2005 - 12:06pm.
Okay, I have printing working in Safari 2.0 (Tiger). It prints the cards fine with no information in the header or footer :) My hipster PDA is complete. Here is what I did: 1. File -> Page Setup *Set orientation to Horizontal *Set a custom paper size for 3.5x5 note cards with the following margins: Top, Left, Right: .25 inches and the bottom .56 inches (this was default for me) 2. File -> Print *Select the arrow box next to "Copies and Pages" to get the other print options *Select "Safari" *Uncheck "Print webpage information in headers and footers" 3. Place the cards horizontally in the printer (Mine is an Epson C86) 4. Print :) Now, I don't know if that will work for everyone, but its what worked for me, and I even saved the presets so I don't have to set them up again. I'm still not hooked on TiddlyWiki, but for printing its amazing!! » POSTED IN:
