Frank O'Grady came of age in the 1960s and is now approaching his own 60s but is same asking the same probing questions. For example, how are we to live each moment fully conscious that we create the world that we find around us.

Frank is a writer, musician, programmer, web developer, nutrition consultant and public speaker.

He shares Merlin's obsession, with productivity, mindfulness, and getting things done.
