I'm getting ready to leave my current position at an up-and-coming startup, and am interested in helping to find my replacement. Requirements include PHP skills, client-side understanding (especially JavaScript -- there's already an awesome CSS guy on staff), and the ability to work in a very fast-paced environment.

I won't lie to you; the job is hectic, and the workload is sizable. But the people are wonderful, the environment is friendly, and the idea could be huge. On top of that, the standard perks -- healthcare, stock options, and so on, are in place. And because it's a startup, the opportunity to shape things is there.

The company is in Palo Alto, but I've been telecommuting from Florida for months now, so I'm sure that both environments are an option.
