Hey all, I found a way to sync palms with gcal for free. I don't know if any of you have heard of GCalDaemon. But it will sync ical with Google Calendar and then via hotsync I can sync the palm pilot. The link for GCalDaemon is http://gcaldaemon.sourceforge.net/ The setup for it is a bit of pita, I'm working on creating a script that will take some of the legwork out of it, hopefully I'll get that done sometime this week. The biggest thing to remember is that you need to close and reopen ical to view the changes to your calendar in it. It's a little annoying in that respect, but I think it's because iCal only checks the ical file every so often for updates.
