I'm struggling to get my Palm to sync the way I want it to with Outlook so i thought I'd ask the experts :) I'm using Outlook 2003 and my Palm is a Z22, I'm just using the task program which comes with it.

What I want to do is to only sync certain categories to my Palm. I only use the tasks to consult the lists so I don't feel I need to have my Someday/Maybe list on there. Plus there seems little point in syncing my @Computer list to it, given that the computer in question has Outlook on it, so I just tick my tasks off in there. The reason it's a problem is that the Palm only syncs the "First 15 categories" and I generally have a couple more than that (I work in a lot of different labs so I need specific lists for each one). How does the Palm pick which categories to sync? It doesn't seem to be alphabetically as it always syncs my Waiting for list which is last alphabetically. If I knew how it picked them I could juggle it round so it leaves off the ones I don't want I guess?
